Composite PVC Decking Warranty Policy:

1. Warranty Coverage: Timber Mart ("the Company") warrants that its composite decking products ("Products") are free from discoloration (fading) and structural defects for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

2. Warranty Period: The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase and is valid for 15 years. During the first 5 years, the warranty provides full coverage for any defects in materials. Starting from the 6th year, the warranty coverage will decrease by 10% each subsequent year. The gradual reduction is as follows; Year 6: 90% coverage; Year 7: 80% coverage; Year 8: 70% coverage; Year 9: 60% coverage; Year 10: 50% coverage; Year 11: 40% coverage; Year 12: 30% coverage; Year 13: 20% coverage; Year 14: 10% coverage; Year 15: No coverage.

3. Coverage Details: During the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its discretion, replace any defective products or provide a refund equivalent to the remaining warranty coverage percentage. The Company may require proof of purchase and/or inspection of the defective Product before any warranty claim is processed.

4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by; Improper installation or handling; Abuse, misuse, or neglect; Acts of nature, including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, or other external forces; Alterations or modifications made to the Product without the Company's written approval; The cost of labour to remove defective product; The cost of labour to install the replacement boards.

5. Making a Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact TIMBER MART within 30 days of discovering the defect. The customer must provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and, if required, access to the defective Product for inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as described in Section 3. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of New South Whales.
